How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. For UK deliveries, FedEx Courier typically delivers the next working day after dispatch. For Ireland deliveries, orders arrive within 3-5 working days. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
What should I do if I provided the wrong address?
If you entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately at siennas_spanishbaby@yahoo.com. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to incorrect delivery details.
What if I haven’t received my order?
If your order hasn't arrived, please contact us, and we'll help track it. For FedEx deliveries, if your package was delivered with signature confirmation, you’ll need to contact FedEx directly for an investigation.
How do I return an item?
We accept returns for faulty items only. You have 14 days from receiving your order to initiate a return. Please contact us at siennas_spanishbaby@yahoo.com, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Items must be returned in their original condition within 10 working days.
What should I do if my item is faulty?
We take great care to ensure all items are of the highest quality. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days at siennas_spanishbaby@yahoo.com. We will arrange for the return and refund of your delivery charges.
